Personal Pickup
You are welcome to visit our home in Southern California where you'll be able to meet the puppies and pick out your newest family addition. We also have the parents of our puppies on site for you to meet. If you do decide to visit us in person, prepare to be given a warm "Wheaten Greetin.” If you're not familiar with the term, the Wheatens always cheerfully greet and fuss over everyone that arrives, either stranger or family. They especially love children! The children always get a big kick out of being so warmly welcomed by the dogs.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Where will my puppy be during her flight?
A: Your puppy will be safely secured in a climate-controlled section of the airplane made for pets.
Q: Will my puppy's environment be pressurized and climate controlled?
A: Yes, the airline facilities and aircraft are climate-controlled for the safety of your pet. To ensure comfort in any weather conditions, pets will be the last thing loaded and the first unloaded from the plane.
Q: What if the outdoor weather conditions are too hot or too cold on the day of my puppy's flight?
A: The airlines we use for our pet deliveries, always keep the puppy climate controlled so they're never exposed to elements. Even when they're being taken to be loaded on the plane or unloaded and taken to the pick up location, they're put into climate controlled vans.

Below is an outlined Step-by-Step Detail of the Process:
- A few days prior to the day of Transport, our Veterinarian will give the puppy his final examination and issue a USDA Health Certificate, which travels with the puppy and is required by the airlines. You will receive a copy of their Health Certificate which travels with your puppy.
- A specially prepared travel or shipping crate is used, based on your puppy’s size and space requirement. The crate is large enough for the puppy to have head clearance when standing and will be big enough for them to turn around in and make themselves comfortable. Towels and lots of shredded paper are placed in the crate. Puppies are very entertained by shredded papers, and delight in digging and playing in them. The primary use of the shredded paper is to absorb any accidents that occur, however the puppy thinks of it as an extremely fun toy!
- Food & water is placed in a special clip-on style container so your puppy will have food and water for the trip.
- A small sandwich bag of puppy food will also be shipped with your puppy so you can continue to feed them the same diet. We suggest not changing dog foods as it can upset the puppy's stomach.
- Bring paper towels or baby wipes, just in case you have to spot clean him. Within a few minutes after arriving, your puppy will begin to bond with you and start showing his charming personality!
- Find an area for your new puppy to relieve themselves prior to the final trip to your home.
