If you're wondering "What is a Whoodle?" it's not a character from a Dr. Seuss book. A Whoodle is an amazing cross between a Poodle and a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier.
Here at Celebrity Pups, we offer Whoodles in two sizes:
The Standard Whoodle is a medium size dog, typically weighing between 35-45 lbs.
The Mini Whoodles typically ranges from 18-20 lbs when grown.
The coat of the Whoodle is extremely soft, very thick and wavy, so expect to be questioned by people you meet while in public as to what breed your dog is and how can they get one.
Whoodles are also Non-Shedding and Hypoallergenic like both parents. Our Whoodles make a perfect companion for someone who would like to have an indoor dog without having to pick up dog hair on a daily basis.
In addition to being non-shedding, Whoodles have very low dander, which makes them an excellent choice for those suffering from allergies or asthma.
Approximately 1/3 of all our Whoodle puppies are purchased by individuals seeking a pet that gives them similes instead of an allergic reaction. In all our years of offering Whoodle puppies, we have not had a single complaint about someone being allergic to their new Whoodle friend.
Temperament
The Whoodle is an extremely intelligent dog, quick to learn unusual or special tricks. As puppies they develop much quicker than most other breeds. This becomes evident between week two & three of their lives. It is not uncommon for these young dogs even at two weeks of age, to be standing and walking. Other breeds are often only able to push themselves across the floor at two weeks of age.
Whoodles are excellent with young children and get along well with other dogs, cats and even birds. They have a very easy-going nature which makes them a Wonderful Family dog. Some say the best part about their Whoodle, is that they are not excessive barkers!
Whoodles as Service Dogs
Many of our Whoodles have gone on to be outstanding service dogs for the disabled. Their calm, gentle nature and train-ability makes them an excellent choice for the job. The majority of them are actively serving as service dogs by 4 months of age. That includes trips into public areas like restaurants, movie theaters, classrooms, buses and trains. They're perfectly behaved in all these types of situations even as young as 4 months of age and are able to focus on their jobs.
We donated one as a seizure alert dog for a child with epilepsy, and the puppy was already recognizing the girl's seizures at 4 months of age.
We also donate our Whoodles to veterans struggling with PTSD and any other types of disabilities. The benefits these veterans receive from the love and support of their dog is so rewarding. If you, or anyone you know is in need of a service dog, contact us and we'll be glad to help out.

Living Conditions
As long as they get adequate exercise and attention, the Whoodle will be happy living in an apartment. We consistently hear back from our puppy owners how quickly and easy they are to housebreak. They are very well behaved dogs. After being potty trained, they can usually be left out of their crate during the day, even while their owners are away.
To sum things up, A Whoodle is a happy, playful, confident and agreeable dog.
We receive so much positive feedback on our Whoodles, we are unable to add all the reviews on this website! So, we created a separate website just for our Whoodle Reviews: https://reviewsforcelebritypupswhoodles.com/
